PvP Tournament (The Budokan)

The Budokan or Hall of Martial Arts is an area accessible for all kingdoms from the Captain NPC once the GM signals the opening of the event.

This event is held every Saturday at 17:00 GMT



Once all the players have had time to enter the Budokan, registration for the first category will begin. The Tournament is divided into four categories:

Bronze : Level 15 to 39. Prize per round : 25.000 Gold * round number. Final Prize : Bronze Certificate.

Silver : Level 40 to 64. Prize per round : 100.000 Gold * round number. Final Prize : Silver Certificate.

Golden : Level 65 to 84. Prize per round : 250.000 Gold * round number. Final Prize : Golden Certificate.

Heroes : level 85 and higher. Prize per round : 1.000.000 Gold * round number. Final Prize : Hero's Certificate.



Contents of the Champion Certificates are for you to find out, but rest assured they are worthy of the effort!

The registered players for each category are automatically matched to the player of the closest level available. At any time, you can look up your next opponent in the Battle Master NPC at the Budokan.

Use of red/blue potions, Life Pills etc is automatically disabled.

- Use of autopotions (Red / Blue Dragon Blessing) is forbidden and will get you disqualified.
- Buffing a player who is taking part in the tournament will result in 7 day suspension.
- Summoning your horse is forbidden and will get you disqualified.
- Use of other potions or items is allowed.

Once the final round is over, the winner receives his prize, and the registration for the next category starts after a short break of some minutes.

With this (almost fully) automated and weekly event created by YMIR Entertainment and our development team we hope you can enjoy the thrill of PVP Action in a more intense way, and regardless of your level

categories are wrongs, lv 85 can't be compared on an over 94

imho it's better do a categorie between lv92-99 or 90-99

I have seen the Budokan. I must say that " HELL IS GONNA BREAK SOON ". Metin2SG will be the best server dedicated for PvP competition. Following up soon will be Dragon Time Attack - another major Kingdom War event which shall run on one of the weeks in conjunction with Nation War and Siege War!

I Kinda agree that lvl categories are Not well chosen
a lvl 86has no chance Vs a lvl 96 with all lin quests done ....

Well there has to be some reasonable category. Im sure a lvl 40 cant beat a lvl 61 with shield+9 but I think we should try this systen and evaluate after They cant make categories for every 5 lvls ^^

Those lvls were chosed because of bio quest I think, so I dont see any disadvantage apart from 92, 94 and 96 quests and lvl 40 - 64 category because of shield. But otherwise they should make one category for lvl 61 and 64, so its quite hard that way.

From 15 to 30, 31 to 40, 41 to 50, 51 to 60, 61 to 70, 71 to 80, 81 to 90, 91 to 99 is way better

It says "The registered players for each category are automatically matched to the player of the closest level available." so, probably, a lvl 40 will not has to fight against a lvl 64 or a lvl 65 vs lvl 84. Anyway, pvp is not all about lvl, I know some lvl 80 with better gears than some lvl 90, and harder to kill too, so, in pvp quests are important but you need gears too. 1st look how it works. =)

I guess we SHOULD really wait for the event to begin, or maybe read the whole description, and not starting to say that you're gonna fight a level way higher than yours.

Jeezus .. You won't see another metin server doing this nor metin DEV's, MOD's and a Christopher working hard everyday to give us the best gameplay.

Yes, but it could happen that closest lvl are 20lv higher, due to low participation...
