I don't think so caligulae.
Maybe they may miss skills,but if you learn how to hit skills correctly,you will not miss one, and partisan's skills are a pain in the butt uops sorry for the term
In metin2us i still have my level 86 partisan,first of all i find it really strong in melee and pvm,second,in pvp 1 vs 1 you can hit slash and leap while the oponent is hitting some other skill slow in execution (i.e.:shadow bolt), and you will not miss the skill, you just need some practice.
About the character,great avatar and elegant skills, i will miss it

i have anther view in mental warriors ....
dule to thier low attack speed and attack (str.) i think they need to have good webon (2hand webon) have good attack speed and good attack powr so i prefer Electro more than partican in lvling and in killing metin but u need it in +7 +8 +9 not less that that and u can have good dmg and attack speed too so if u used Electro would be btter ..........have good stone (des+4,moster +4 or 5, cooldown +4) u will not need persing hits in lvling or killing metin's bec. persing not gives doble dmg it only gives few extra DMG so, cooldown make ur speel speed more and u can kill mobs faster with ur skills. and in pvp i think mental warrior is btter that body body have attack speed that is good but that make haim take more dmg having partican +7 with warrior +5 stone 10%demi- humman that will be cool haveing full Demi-human with mental worrior is nightmare to any one u will have masive DMG with P skills u can have 8k in Sprit srtike that avr. dmg i used to try that in some privit servers bec that is my 1st time to play with metal warrior and be PVP so i try that in privit server name longju3.us that was good with 2 hand lvl 90 warrior +6 full demi-humman sprit strike was 11k dmg with ppl have some 2 hand def i try to make dmg with out 1 hand def anf falcon that was about 15.5k dmg
this warrior i think can be PVM and PVP so easly with same skills but being PVP i would like to have sowrd strike not lion stomp ........and i think at beging of the game metal warrior is most important crc in the game until other crc lvl them self and have skills p like sura webonary can be PVM v good and in dt runs and reaber too

when king armor will be avliable if body warrior got it thier will be no deffrent bttwen mental and dony just in skills king armor give 550 def with out stones
