Frequently Asked Questions to the Staff
Dear Community,
As you all see the team of metin2 SG is doing great. We are reciving updates and fixes weekly.
What i want to post here is a f.a.q. in order to help some players with the most common questions that we, the GMs, recive daily
1)I am banned but i did nothing/dont know the reason

We only ban players when we have proof, we are also human so we can make mistakes, if you think that the decision we made is wrong and want to prove to us that we were wrong, send an email with evidence to info@tec-interactive.com
If you ask for evidences of your ban, all proof is property of tec not the users and we can not disclose the identity of the person that reported him/her.
Excuses such as:
1)Shared the account with a player which hacked/scammed/insulted
2)Didnt know hacking was illegal
3)I just tryed the 3rd party program once
Wont make us change the sentence: Hack = Perm ban
2)Player X is ks'ing me please come and watch
We cant see who of the 2 is ks'ing the other, but you can make a video or some screenshots to report the kser. If both video and/or screens are reliable we will take actions.
3)I bought TPs but i didnt recived them yet.
Usually this happens with Paypal, sending a mail to info@tec-interactive.com is the best solution to do
4)The level xx quest is bugged, i cant drop the item.
The drop of quest items is random, it can take 5 min or 5 hours or even 5 days, perseverance is the key for success.
5)I failed 10 Full moon sword in a row, is this a bug?
Its not a bug, upgrading of items can be frustating sometimes, expecially if the blacksmith is in bad mood. Keep trying and never give up.
6)GMs will not exp, upgrade, make you items or anything for players accounts, GMs are here to manage the server and to maintain a level playing environment.
Tec is about customer service, we can not provide that customer service if we are being spammed with this non-sense.
7)GMs do get frustrated sometimes and if you feel that you have been treated poorly by any member of the team email info@tec-interactive.com or PM [GA]Christopher or [GA]Dex in game and explain to them.
8)Do not ask GMs to turn on events or give exp or gold events. Only [GA]s have the authority to do so, but they also have to report all events to YMIR when the event is envoked.
When you pm a GM keep in mind that there are many others who might pm the same GM at the same time. So give us some times to answer to all.
Also refrain from pm us only for spam, its very nice for us to have some funny convos with the players, but it may happen that we have short time and so is better focus on players that have troubles on game.
